We had a great morning at Sheringham Park, bug hunting, pond dipping and creating some environmental art. It was a bit blustery but the sun was shining!
We held a Learning Cafe in Nursery today focusing on the development of small and large motor skills. The children and their grown ups took part in lots of activities that help with the development of these skills.
Our Nursery invited parents and children to take part in maths learning cafe which included maths based activities from making shape hats, going on a dot hunt to making (and eating) a biscuit with the right number of sweeties on it! This was also an opportunity for the children to show their parents around the setting.
Our Nursery children had a fantastic time at Sheringham Park, pond dipping, bug hunting and making environmental art with the National Trust Learning Team. The sun shone and we managed to see lots of frogs and a few newts!
