We are proud to say that we have extensive experience working with a range of Norfolk schools to deliver high quality Professional Learning packages. Hundreds of TAs have been trained through our very effective TA Support Programme based on EEF research and evidence about maximising the effectiveness of TAs.
Also many headteachers and members of SLTs have been trained and supported through our highly successful Headteacher Support Programme (HSP) and Lead Teacher Support Programme (LTSP). Many previous delegates have formed on-going peer support networks as a result of their particpation in these programmes
We have delivered bespoke CPD to individual schools and supported school improvement through our Teaching and Learning programmes.
Between 2017 and 2019, alongside key partners Educator Solutions and Werdelin Education, we completed a 5 term support and training programme for 27 primary schools across Norfolk funded by the DfE through the Strategic School Improvement Fund (SSIF). The programme was aimed at increasing the progress of girls in maths at KS2. Impact data collected throughout and at the end of the programme demonstrated a huge narrowing of the gender gap in maths alongside many wider school improvements. There are many aspects of this programme which are now available for other schools to participate in.
We are currently working with the Angles Maths hub and Sapienta Trust to deliver Teacher Subject Specialism Training (TSST) in maths, which is free for participating staff.
Please do contact us to discuss any of the above and how we can support your staff and school. We believe that "Every teacher can improve. Not because they are not good enough, but because they can be better still" (taken from Dylan Wiliam).
