SPECIALIST LEADERS OF EDUCATION RECRUITMENT

 

The current recruitment window for SLEs in now closed, however Sheringham Primary National Teaching School are always interested in hearing from Teachers who are interested in this role, especially those specialising in the following:

 

   SEN     SCIENCE     EYFS     BEHAVIOUR & ATTENDANCE     SUPPORT FOR MOST ABLE PUPILS 

 

SLE designation is open to individuals that hold middle or senior leadership roles in schools and who have particular area(s) of expertise.

 

What does an SLE do?

  • facilitation of collaborative working
  • analysis of in-school data and action planning support
  • coaching for middle leaders and subject leaders
  • training in effective subject leadership
