The entry form for the Sheringham Junior Chess Congress on February 9th is now available.  We hope lots of our pupils will enter.   As long as they know how the pieces move they can take part.  Please see Mr Perry for a form or download from the chess club part of the website.

On Friday 16th November, 14 members of our chess club visited Bure Valley School in Aylsham.  All the children enjoyed themselves, played some good chess and were a credit to the school.  We won the match 9.5 - 4.5 but no one was able to beat Bure Valley's top player who is the county champion.  Then we enjoyed playing lots of friendly matches and tucking into biscuits and drinks.   We hope to play a return match at Sheringham in the near future.
