When your child attends Forest School you will receive a letter outlining the aims and kit required.
Forest School provides an opportunity for pupils to experience play and learning outdoors in a structured way. They will be working together or individually covering a range of topics. They may also be doing activities that include building shelters, making rope swings and working with tools. The aim of Forest School is to build confidence and self-esteem.
The children are encouraged to explore and may well get clothes dirty. Please can you send in old clothes for the children to change into at lunchtime, ensuring school uniform stays clean, ready for the start of the session at 1.15 pm.
The sessions will go ahead whatever the weather.
Wellies or old trainers
